Wassup (hangul: 와썹, stylised as WA$$UP) are a four-member South Korean girl group formed under Sony Music and Mafia Records. The group consists of Nari, Jiae, Sujin and Wooju. Members Jinju, Dain and Nada left the group in 2017. They debuted with their song, “Wassup”, on the August 7, 2013 episode of Show Champion. The girls plan to stand out from other girl groups by trying their hand at dancehall music, as well as the utilization of ‘twerking’ for their debut.

WA$$UP’s official fanclub name, W.A.F.F.L.E, was released on September 10th, 2014, after a long discussion between Mafia Record staff and members on fancafe. WAFFLE refers to ‘Wassup Fulfill Love Everyday’.
